Description:

  • Position is responsible to ensure and supervise superior quality service delivery in the Branches under his/ her jurisdiction.
  • Perform Monthly visits to the assigned Branches.
  • Regularly update service quality patterns at his/ her respective Branches.
  • Enhance in accordance with the latest service quality methodology so as to assure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance to Regulatory and Shariah guidelines.
