Branch Manager
Eligibility : Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Financial Institution, including 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Possess a Graduation degree in a banking-related field from a recognized and reputable University/Institute endorsed by HEC.
Holding a JAIBP Diploma or being a Certified Islamic Banker will be advantageous. The candidates age should not exceed 55 years.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the efficient operation of the assigned branch to attain comprehensive growth targets aligned with overall business objectives within a reasonable timeframe and budget.
- Identify potential business prospects within the assigned area, focusing on gathering deposits and selling Bank products.
- Conduct regular visits to customers/clients to maintain control and engagement, particularly targeting Existing-to-Branch (ETB) customers to generate New-to-Bank (NTB) opportunities.
- Timely submission of required reports/data to the General Manager’s Office to provide updates on allocated targets and report variances.
- Foster a professional, motivated, and well-versed staff equipped with Islamic Finance knowledge and BankIslami product expertise.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and Bank SOPs/Policies.
- Weekly review Branch report to maintain a positive YTD while exercising strong expense control.
- Monitor account performance closely to ensure optimal branch outcomes
- Daily meetings with Ops team and Sales team for smooth functions and fulfillment of assigned tasks.
